Who You Are 
The Bookkeeper position requires a steady, accurate, analytical worker who finds fulfillment in a job well done while working with clients in a courteous, professional manner. Haynie and Company values superior quality, teamwork, exceptional service, work-life balance, loyalty and open, transparent communication. 
Required Experience and Skills 
  • 2 years of proven bookkeeping experience 
  • Excel and QuickBooks online & desktop version experience
  • General ledger accounting
  • Client bank reconciliations, payroll, end of month activities experience
  • Ability to work with multiple clients is a plus
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records 
  • Self -starter comfortable working independently 
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Computer knowledge 
  • Outstanding written and communication skills 
  • Result driven individual
