You will work with many internal teams to support the customer such as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical Support.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Establish connections with new customers, equipping them for a seamless product experience.
Update and maintain client records within a CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
You will collaborate with the sales team, providing support during sales calls and strategizing customer acquisition approaches.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Seeking experienced Customer Service or Inside Sales people with excellent communication and listening skills, including phone interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving mentality.
- Looking for someone who can work independently with the client but also a team player to engage with internal teams.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and social media tools.
