Techneeds is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Portsmouth, NH

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist, with experience managing Business Client Accounts (B2B). Your primary function will be to nurture and train new customers and their users to ensure they are knowledgable of the product and software functions.
You will work with many internal teams to support the customer such as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical Support.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Establish connections with new customers, equipping them for a seamless product experience.
Update and maintain client records within a CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
You will collaborate with the sales team, providing support during sales calls and strategizing customer acquisition approaches.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Seeking experienced Customer Service or Inside Sales people with excellent communication and listening skills, including phone interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving mentality.
  • Looking for someone who can work independently with the client but also a team player to engage with internal teams.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and social media tools.
  • Strong computer skills, preferably experience using a CRM or ERP/MRP Software program.
