The mission for this position is to greet and monitor incoming traffic to Stahlbush’s main farm location. This position encompasses world-class guest experience, including safety and trucking operations.

Outcomes Inhabit seated station for the duration of shift Exit station to approach vehicles, greeting employees, vendors, clients and others driving up to station Screen visitors and only permit authorized personnel on premises Scan employee ID cards to determine validity of entrance Take the temperature of each approved visitor with infrared thermometer from a safe distance Monitor and log daily commercial vehicles, recording weight checks and verifying documentation Monitor personal visits, informing visitors of protocols and policies Direct all visitors to proper locations Communicate with other departments, as needed Receive applications for employment and deliver to HR Perform other duties as assigned This position has been identified as holding responsibility for food safety and quality of the company.

This responsibility extends over all shifts. During absence, the following position serves as coverage to this position : Another Greeter or a Plant Employee Schedule : Saturday - Sunday, 5am - 5pm Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2 years of experience in customer service Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred 1 year of experience in the farm / food industry preferred The statements made in any and all of the position postings are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
