The South Central Transit Authority is seeking a caring, team-oriented individual who is also motivated and self-starting for the current opening of a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. This position is for its Shared Ride Division located in Lancaster, PA. If you enjoy talking to people and want to go home every day knowing you made a difference in someone’s life, then this is the position for you.
SCTA is seeking a qualified candidate who can deal effectively with the public both in person and on the telephone in a fast-paced environment. The position requires excellent computer, telephone, and clerical skills. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required.
This position will work a total of 40 hours a week, Mon. – Fri. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
