WHAT YOULL NEED: Technical Requirements and Certifications
- Certification is a huge plus PegaDeveloper: Sr. System Architect.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years experience in Pegasoftware development.
- Certification is a huge plus PegaDeveloper: Sr. System Architect.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Experience within the insurance vertical or similar.
- Demonstrable knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, data structures and modern programming techniques.
- Digital process automation.
- Data management.
- User experience design.
- Security.
- Design and build applications for reusability across multiple lines of business.
- Work business stakeholders and development team to provide business solutions from inception to operation.
- Apply best practices, understand application debugging, performance tuning and system maintenance techniques, and address security/access requirements in an application.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Resource planning and financial accountability
- Foster and enable software craftsmanship and innovation.
