Learning Specialist
Primary Location: Shepherdsville, Kentucky
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Learning Specialist for our premier client in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
Education and Experience

• Proven experience in instructional design and training development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Willingness to travel to the Shepherdsville site as needed.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to convey changes introduced by the new system to employees.
• Develop training processes to effectively onboard new employees and provide material for self-service education for existing staff.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Update procedures (approximately 120) to align with the new WMS and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the documentation team to develop comprehensive training materials and tools for employees.
• Convert existing work instructions into easily understandable training resources for warehouse personnel.
• Provide guidance on adult learning methodologies and suggest innovative ways for employees to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with the Shepherdsville, KY and Somerset, NJ site teams to understand their specific needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
