Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at 88 Tactical. In this
role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as
well as maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate should be able to work
in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask
effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests as they arrive at the bar and providing excellent customer service
• Taking drink orders and making recommendations to customers• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including
cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Operating the cash register and handling cash and credit card transactions
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and handling cash responsibly
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils
• Restocking the bar with supplies and inventory as needed
• Adhering to all safety and health regulations, including checking IDs to ensure customers
are of legal drinking age
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable
experience at the bar
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not
required
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and the ability to
make recommendations to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders at once
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:
Competitive hourly based on experience.
