JOB TITLE: Corporate Sales Consultant
LOCATION: Omaha, Nebraska 
REPORTS TO: Corporate Membership Manager 
JOB OVERVIEW 
The Corporate Sales Consultant is responsible for new corporate member acquisition. This individual must be personable, ambitious, organized, and work well as part of a team. The Corporate Sales Consultant will engage with decision-makers at companies in our community to help grow our corporate membership base. 
The Corporate Sales Consultant's focus will be to build community relationships and promote 88 Tactical’s corporate memberships in a positive and professional manner. Our ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and has a great attitude. The primary duties for this position include scheduling and providing facility tours, explaining membership benefits and services, entertaining corporate guests in the Founders Club lounge, and assisting with new member sign-ups. 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 
•Serve as the initial point of contact, guide, and subject matter expert on corporate memberships. 
•Coordinate appointments with potential clients to showcase the facility and promote the value of membership offerings. 
•Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective members to ensure client satisfaction. 
•Develop creative strategies to identify and source prospective corporate members and keep a proactive lead list. 
•Generate leads by contacting local companies, and other current vendors who have established business with 88 Tactical. 
•Utilize networking resources such as LinkedIn, Chamber of Commerce portals, CenterSphere networking groups, personal networks, social media accounts, and the existing 88 Tactical member network to create leads and referrals. 
•Conduct consistent follow-ups on leads and referrals and guide new clients through the acquisition process in a timely professional manner. 
•Relay prospective member feedback to the Corporate Membership Manager to help guide benefits and sales/marketing strategies. 
•Document progress on corporate memberships by logging account data and activity in Highrise (CRM software) 
•Utilize Bizzflo (POS system) to track and manage accounts (create invoices, process purchases, etc.) 
•Represent 88 Tactical with class and integrity at community and private events. 
•Meet monthly member acquisition goals.
•Maintain satisfactory performance evaluations. 
•Perform assigned tasks as directed by the Corporate Membership Manager 
QUALIFICATIONS 
•Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred). 
•Sales experience required. 
•Strong communication skills are required.
