Your Responsibilities
The Transportation Analyst will coordinate and prioritize daily shipping schedules to level Distribution Center shipping and meet customer requirements. You will support specific customer accounts for fill rate,
transportation, and delivery requirements.
− Support daily and weekly shipping schedules and delivery/shipping appointments for customers
− Support and process customer deliveries to external service providers in a timely manner to comply with
customer requirements
− Release, schedule, create shipping documents and labels according to customer specifications
− Communicate with carriers and CSAs in case of shipping challenges
− Customer Portal Entry and Navigation for ASN requirements
− Maintain established levels of productivity and quality standards within a fast-paced environment
− Collaborate with both internal and external business partners to maintain on time shipping requirements
− Monitor reports to collect data and reporting for business KPI's
Educational Requirements
− High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirements
− 3 years’ minimum experience working in logistics and transportation within a distribution environment/industry
Skills Requirements
− SAP experience
− Advanced with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
− Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
− Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
− Strong desire and business acumen, and the ability to understand business needs
− Excellent analytic skills
− Comprehensive understanding and knowledge with bill of ladings
Preferred Skills
− PowerBI experience
− Familiar with manufacturing environment
− Experience with international shipping with internal and external customers
