What you will do:

• Contribute to the design, development, and fabrication of upgrades for existing equipment.
• Engage with team and suppliers to review costs, quality standards, and related issues concerning tooling and equipment.
• Provide training on manufacturing or processing techniques
• Assist in analyzing tooling to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Establish time and production standards, capabilities, and necessary documentation for implementation in manufacturing.
• Review blueprints and designs to determine component and prototype requirements, including in-house tooling needs.

Key Skills:

• Experience with CAD software
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or Technical School with 2-3 years of relevant experience
