Screen Print Operator Job Summary Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for transferring a design onto garments using a screen print or embroidery machine. As an operator, you will be responsible for processing orders through preparing garments, programming machines for the design, and making quality adjustments as necessary, as well as helping to analyze order to identify design and determine ink colors or threads.
What a Screen Print Operator will do:

• Access order specifications through computer programs
• Maintain an acceptable standard of quality per garment
• Identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
• Work actively with others to get the job done
• Unload shirts from platen
• Analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors
• Verify the quality of clothing and ink design or thread/fabric color
• Change screens and ink for specific orders

What you need to be a Screen Print Operator:

• Tablet or computer experience
• Ability to work well in a team
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodations #worknow
