• Various administrative duties, such as monitoring email accounts and answering phones
• Complete data entry as assigned
• Responsible for scheduling customer appointments
• Responsible for scheduling trucks
• Provide backup coverage where needed

• Good computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical, and detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast moving environment
