The Field Service Administrator will be responsible for the continued administrative support to the customer, service technicians, service staff, and service manager so that policies and procedures are created, implemented, and adhered to, and ensure a consistent and professional level of internal and external customer service. Works under general supervision in the performance of assigned tasks. Responsible for receiving and processing rental equipment orders. Scheduling delivery and pickup of Rental equipment to and from customers. Transferring equipment to all branches of the company for up most utilization. This opportunity represents Shoppa’s Material Handling and requires professionalism, great attitude, good communication skills and outstanding customer service

• Maintains contract databases, and provide monthly Contract Expiration Reports for CFPM, SM and Contract Labor Agreements.
• Assists in resolving customer issues, principally through phone conversations and email with the customer.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly Service Operations reporting, including, but not limited to WIP, SM’s, Labor Reconciliation and Open PO.
• Compiles needed reports for Service Management as required.
• Process all special invoicing as needed.
• Responsible for coordinating all rental activities within the branch.
• Receive inquiries from customers and sales team.
• Select equipment and quote rates.
• Schedule transportation and documentation for deliveries and pickups.
• Work with the lead shop supervisor to schedule rental ready equipment and service work.
• Maintain an active rental list of equipment availability, ensuring units are checked in and out daily utilizing MS Navision program.
• Assist sales with forecasting and other management needs.
• Understand and stay current with the company products, policies and procedures.
• All other duties and special projects as assigned.

Associates Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry/service organization preferred. A basic understanding of accounting and record keeping required. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). MS Navision or SAP exp. preferred. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills required. Positive attitude and professional appearance required. MUST be a team player. Excellent customer service follow-up/resolution skills required. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
