The Field Service Administrator will be responsible for the continued administrative support to the customer, service technicians, service staff, and service manager so that policies and procedures are created, implemented, and adhered to, and ensure a consistent and professional level of internal and external customer service. Works under general supervision in the performance of assigned tasks. Responsible for receiving and processing rental equipment orders. Scheduling delivery and pickup of Rental equipment to and from customers. Transferring equipment to all branches of the company for up most utilization. Associates Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry/service organization preferred. A basic understanding of accounting and record keeping required. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). MS Navision or SAP exp. preferred. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills required. Positive attitude and professional appearance required. MUST be a team player. Excellent customer service follow-up/resolution skills required. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
