Exciting news for Development Professionals in the arts and culture field. Mesa Arts and Culture Department is seeking a senior Director of Development to oversee fundraising activities for the Mesa Arts Center, i.d.e.a. Museum, and Arizona Museum of Natural History. This position involves developing funding sources, applying for government grants, and managing donor databases, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in arts administration, philanthropy, art education, fine arts, museum studies, or a closely related field, with a master's degree preferred. Additionally, 7-10 years of experience in arts center development, fundraising, grant compliance, and personnel management are preferred. A starting salary range of $104,000-$120,000 annually and an excellent benefits package.
