This is an “in-person” role at our Centennial, CO office.

What You Will Do

As an HR Process & Systems Intern you will

• Directly manage the pre-boarding process for incoming new hires: Initiate background checks, track individual candidate progress, ensure completion of all required pre-boarding steps, and confirm attendance for weekly New Employee Orientation
• Utilize our HR System, Workforce Go, and shared spreadsheets to organize/update/track attendees of our weekly New Employee Orientation classes
• Provide system support for performance management, training, benefits, and recruiting by developing expertise in all associated systems: Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and help build out new functionality when needed (note: We will train you on these systems!)
• Provide support for a variety of HR administrative tasks, processes, and events
• Live the company P.A.C.T. values daily: People, Advancing Processes, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring

• A strong desire to learn and an insatiable sense of curiosity
• A high level of comfort communicating verbally and in writing with candidates and co-workers, and generally speaking, you’ll enjoy working with people
• The ability to grasp the bigger picture and solve problems holistically
• A passion for delivering high quality, accurate work
• High aptitude for operating in, mastering, and supporting web-based HR-related software tools (we are seeking aptitude, not necessarily experience here—we will train you!)
• The ability to work with minimal supervision because you are a driven self-starter
• Deep familiarity and comfort with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A high school diploma
