What You Will Do

As a Systems Administrator you will

• Directly support onsite and offsite users (800 ).
• Maintain and upgrade computer systems owned by Weifield including VMware
• Provide end-user support (Tier 1 & 2), resolve technical issues, and provide technical assistance for all operating systems and applications
• Provide in-person and remote support
• Maintain business software applications
• Research, design, implement, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new operating systems and applications
• Test, validate, and install operating system and application security/performance patches.
• Support IT requests and potential new implementations.
• Train and support new IT support technicians
• Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring

In addition to being reliable, punctual, and available off hours, as our Systems Administrator you will

• Enjoy hands on follow through while providing excellent internal customer service
• Have 3 years’ experience with
• • Security and compliance
  • Managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and above
  • Active Directory, Security, Windows Server Environments
  • Project management
• Have experience with
• • VMware / vSphere
  • Managing O365 & Hybrid Environments
  • Windows Intune & Autopilot
  • Windows 10/11 setup, diagnostics, hardware, and software
• Have a solid understanding of network protocols and management
• Ideally have Network Admin and network security capabilities
• Possess the ability to manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycle
• Have experience working on a team and in a collaborative environment.
