- Analyzes data from a variety of sources to support the sales, marketing, operations and finance functions
- Identifies and quantifies opportunities and wins that grow the business
- Works with cross-functional teams to develop key performance indicators used to measure and optimize the success of the business
- Explores marketing data and discover patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends than can be used to maximize results
- Leads and contributes to discussions about business line performance using data and metrics to tell the story
- Synthesizes consumer buying behavior to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities
- Studies host customer trends to identify areas of potential optimization
- Creates reports and dashboards that communicates performance in a thoughtful, concise manner
- Integrates enterprise strategy into performance analysis to guide the alignment of prioritization to results
- Safeguards all customer, employee and company proprietary and personal information, ensuring customer and employee data is kept confidential at all times
- Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in extracting data and reports from Google Analytics & Adobe
- Experience with Python and/or R
- Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling and data mining
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Analytical with ability to go back and forth between big picture and detail
- Detail oriented in the execution and follow-up of work
- Takes initiative and is proactive
- Strong business acumen
- 2 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
- 2 years of SQL queries for data analysis
- 2 years of experience working with BI Tool (preferably Power BI)
