We are seeking a Systems Administrator II to join our team and help manage and maintain our computer systems, networks, and servers. The Junior Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting end-users, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring performance. What You’ll Do Here
- In addition to Roles as a Junior Systems Administrator II, this role will be required to have successfully been involved in the following:
- Have been a part of a project to help foster a project to completion. Started to work with other technologists and business partners on administration tasks.
- Have learned from prior position from training (from other technologists or outside sourced training)
- Ability to run advanced tasks to Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD Systems.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of On-Premises Active Directory systems.
- Maintain automation with PowerShell, Azure Automation.
- Provide support to end-users on a variety of technology issues.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of systems.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting
- Knowledge of other collaboration tools like Jira, Service Now, Slack and more is not required but a PLUS.
- Experience with Office 365 and Azure AD
- Knowledge of On-Premises Active Directory systems
- Knowledge of Teams is a plus
- Knowledge of Teams Rooms Systems and Teams Telephony is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for technology
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
