Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, checking guests in and out, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest records
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Operate phone systems, handle emails, and assist with night audit procedures

Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Understanding of hospitality management practices
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette
