Are you ready to take your marketing expertise to the next level? We're seeking a dynamic VP of Marketing, based out of Orlando, Florida, to lead our flock to new heights! As a pivotal leader reporting directly to the CEO, you'll drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
As the VP of Marketing, some of the responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for both corporate and franchise locations.
• Lead and inspire our marketing team to execute successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with franchisees and our Director of Marketing to drive localized campaigns.
• Manage our brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts to engage target audiences and boost online orders.
• Partner with product development to launch exciting new menu items and promotions.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Work closely with operations teams to integrate marketing initiatives seamlessly.
• Manage the marketing budget and analyze performance metrics for optimization.
What We're Looking For:
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5-10 years of marketing leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
• An exceptional leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
• A creative thinker who's familiar with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• A love for chicken tenders is a big plus!
