Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst

Thibodaux, LA - Full Time

Productive Resources ( ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

As a member of our team, the selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes, recommend and implement process improvements, assist and / or lead resolving business process problems and serves as a resource for addressing daily production or process related issues.

May include developing recommending and implementing pricing strategies, developing Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) processes, and recommending master schedule changes.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties :

• Work directly with the customer support, supply management, and design teams to determine the service parts requirements for our new product programs.
• Responsible for executing the workflow necessary to set up new service parts to include the initial stocking quantities for the various global parts distribution centers and tracking progress until 100% of the parts are stocked.
• Involved in various business improvement projects for Thibodaux, including inventory management.
• Key metrics for this position include 95% fill percentage at the global depots and 100% ISO Fill percentage for new product programs.

Requirements :

• Order fulfillment experience.
• Data analysis and forecasting experience.
• Collaboration with cross functional teams, supply management, operations, and material flow.
• MS Office experience.

Preferred Skills :

SAP experience
