We are seeking two reliable, energetic, customer service representative / administrative assistants to join our team in Westlake, Ohio.

These individuals will support customers who register for classes at Original Sewing & Quilt Expo events and undertake administrative tasks to ensure the office's efficient operation.

Responsibilities Include

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and social media messages, place orders
• Perform a variety of administrative duties such as data entry, distributing mail, processing checks, shipping, copying, scanning, etc.
• Schedule volunteers
• Assist with class program proofing
• Pack on-site registration bins
• Process after event paperwork
• Oversee office maintenance and services
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Detail-oriented mindset
• Self-sufficient, well organized, exceptional work ethic to meet deadlines
• Flexible with the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with office applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint or Google Docs, and basic computer software
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems
• A crafty nature with sewing, quilting and / or knitting experience is desired, but not required

Work Hours : Approximately 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm Monday Friday

Events : No travel required

Some lifting up to 30lbs required.
