DAY TO DAY AS A bsa analyst
Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk as a full-time BSA Analyst at Greenville Federal Credit Union. By overseeing BSA/AML functions, you will play a vital role in upholding laws such as the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to business units on regulatory matters, implementing effective anti-money laundering policies, and communicating findings to management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN a bsa analyst
Successful candidates for the BSA Analyst role will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications, along with at least 3 years of experience in BSA/AML, Compliance, Audit, or the financial industry. Essential skills include a strong understanding of credit union regulations, account opening procedures, and CIP requirements. Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations. Proficiency in deposit operations, lending activities, and other consumer banking compliance functions is crucial. The ability to work with BSA reporting software, conduct investigations, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
