Assist the BSA Officer in ensuring adherence to the BSA/AML compliance program. Responsible for conducting BSA/AML investigations, due diligence and tracking. Analyzing alerts and incidents generated for unusual activity. Assist branches affected by BSA Compliance issues & Regulatory requirements. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel.
1. Review, audit, and certify OFAC reports and messages.
2. Review CTRs for accuracy, and make necessary changes to file.
3. Review cash reports for suspicious activity
4. Monitor MSB accounts for documentation; review & analyze account activity
5. Assist BBCs affected by BSA and compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
6. Assist BSA Officer with CIP reviews.
7. Performs all other duties as assigned
