**Pay: $23.50/hr** ($21.50/hr base pay $2/hr bonus) ** Benefits**

**Who you are:**

* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a task-oriented workforce

* Proven experience leading personnel to meet operational objectives

* A working understanding of warehouse management systems

* Strong multitasking and task delegation skills

* Organized and detail oriented

* Basic understanding of fulfillment & warehousing KPIs

* Ability to understand and follow processes

* Ability to problem solve issues

**What you'll be doing:**

* Lead components of the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations

* Lead a team of forklift drivers and warehouse associates to meet operational needs

* Drive the team to meet efficiency and accuracy KPIs

* Coordinate with 3rd party transportation providers on inbound and outbound volumes

* Train new team members on operational processes and company policies

* Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation/guidelines for self and staff at all times

* Provide warehouse management with end of day/shift handover information

* Escalate operational or personnel issues to the warehouse management team

* Manage special projects as required

* Execute any other duties as and when identified

**Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 2 years of relevant professional work experience in warehousing/fulfillment centers

* 1 year of operations supervision experience managing a workforce of hourly employees

* Forklift certification and applicable provincial certification an asset
