Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team at our distribution center. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products - Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) - Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency - Perform heavy lifting and operate equipment as needed - Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during daily operations - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations Requirements: - Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center setting - Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices - Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems - Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods of time - Knowledge of 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations is a plus If you are a motivated individual with warehouse experience and strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for the position of Warehouse Lead.
