Immediately Hiring Experienced Team Lead For 1st Shift!!

Preferred Experience

• 1 year or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
• Experience with time/function tracking and basic data entry
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes
• 1 year of previous forklift operator experience required
• Manuel pallet jack, or other warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred
• The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards

Job Functions

• Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work.
• Ability to work in a cooler and freezer environment (25-40 degrees)
• Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
• Communicating concerns, updates, and estimated completion times with customer
• Unload, label, receive using RF Scanner, and place product in racking.
• Select items in freezer for outbound orders
• Inventory control functions such as cycle counts
• Ensure all employees are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment
• Support supervisor in team development; assisting with training, assessment, and coaching of associates
• The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
• The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Must be eligible to work in the US - We participate in EVerify
