Warehouse Team Lead

Shift: 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 430pm to Finish

Preferred Experience

• 6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
• Experience with time/function tracking and basic data entry
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes

Job Functions

• Responsible for leading and working with team members including assigning work, training, and reviewing quality of work.
• Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
• Communicating concerns, updates, and estimated completion times with customer
• Ensure all employees are utilizing all safety precautions and maintaining safe work environment
• Support supervisor in team development; assisting with training, assessment, and coaching of associates
• The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
• The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Must be eligible to work in the US - We participate in EVerify
