The primary purpose of the position is to support excellent service and stress- free visits for inpatients, family members and visitors at Pioneers. Improve patient satisfaction relating to meeting emotional needs, comfort of family and visitors by providing friendly visits and looking for opportunities to meet a need in advance of the patient expressing a complaint.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Maintain respect for patient privacy by following the HIPAA Privacy and Security policies and procedures.
2. Must be confident, secure in talking with a variety of people from various backgrounds and always identifying opportunities for improvements.
