- Planning food menus in consultation with customers
- Growing Catering Sales for our 7 different Locations (6 Jets Pizzas, 1 Tropical Smoothie Cafe)
- Growing Corporate Accounts/School Accounts
- Building Repeat Catering orders
- Must be able to work events around the greater Nashville areas
We are looking for a qualified catering Sales Director to take over our food service duties at various indoor and outdoor events. We are searching for a leader that can grow our catering sales across all of our businesses.
Outstanding customer service is a must, so the catering sales Director we hire must always meet all out customers' needs and expectations, as well as attend to all the potential customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities of Catering Sales Director:
- Planning food menus according to customer needs and expectations
- Cold Call Businesses
- Consulting with customers about any potential changes before every event
- Find and keep new clientele
- Decorating food-serving areas at the venues
- Being the face of our brand
- Knowing all menu items
- Providing excellent customer service
- Communicate with our general managers to help grow there sales in there communities
- Food Sales Experience (preferred)
- Catering experience is a plus
- Sales Experience (preferred)
- Ability to create marketing materials
- Microsoft Experience
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Great negotiating skills
