Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze and correct the following error conditions daily.

• JBA/PKMS variances
• Negative Balances
• Out of balance quantities
• Invalid SKUs
• Incorrect Std Packs
• Incorrect balances
• Invalid use of transactions

• Administer audits/cycle counting for all locations
• Train new and/or peak season temporaries in cycle counting
• Assist in the reconciliation of inventory records
• Assist in the identification of source of inventory problems
• Assist in the recommendation of inventory problems/resolutions by maintaining detailed logs of inventory issues
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (College experience a plus)
• Be proactive, operating with a sense of urgency - customer service attitude
• Strong and accurate detail and problem resolution skills
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work in Microsoft Excel and Word
• A strong understanding of the handheld scanner and have experience with inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-function environment
• Ability to take direction according to supervisory and corporate needs
• Be willing to obtain certification on an Order Picker for stock checks

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to sit at a workstation for at least 8 hours per day
• Low physical effort required to sit, stand, bend, stoop, lift, reach, and walk when working in an office environment.
• Fine manipulation when using the computer keyboard
• Maximum unassisted lift = 35 lbs. Average lift less than 10 lbs.
• Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone
