Amentum is excited to offer an Assistant Site Supervisor position at NAMCE in Lemoore CA. Our team is seeing a charismatic leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The Assistant Site Supervisor will work a flexible schedule, providing coverage to ensure oversight throughout shift operations. Availability for occasional weekend hours is required.

Position Overview

The Assistant Site Supervisor reports to the Program Manager on Operations, Health Safety & Environment, and Quality. This role oversees all aspects of Program Operations, including but not limited to business development, program quality, logistics, training, analysis, and metrics; acts as the principal point of contact for the client; ensures personnel and resources meet task requirements; develops new business opportunities; monitors costs and budgets; develops procedures to increase performance and improve cost effectiveness of program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervises all aspects of NAMCE operations and contract needs.

* Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Project Manager and contract.

* Oversite supervisors in the execution of the principles, standards, and techniques of operations, QA, GOP, aircraft maintenance, and the contracts requirements.

* Ensure compliance with Federal, DOD, State, and Local regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance and environment protection.

* Manages the hiring process for multiple sites from requisition to onboarding.

* Oversites manning requirements to ensure sites are staffed with qualifications personnel to achieve the mission.

* Prepare and/or approve contractual reports submitted to both the customer and corporate offices.

* Ensures a planned, systematic approach to NAMCE programs and performance work statement (PWS), designed to provide supervision and the customer confidence that supporting processes conform to contractual, financial, technical, safety, workload and customer requirements. Implements strategies, metrics to track performance and applies diagnostic tools to address any gaps.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 7 combined years Aviation Operations Management experience in QA, ES&H, contracts, and/or Maintenance.

* Minimum 3 years of Production Control management.

* Minimum 3 years of aviation QA management.

* Minimum 3 years of aviation ES&H management.

* Minimum 3 years of aviation maintenance management.

* 3 years SCA contract experience preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent job experience.

* ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification preferred.

* Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Level Security Clearance

* Valid driver's license required.

* Valid US Passport required.

* Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.

* Ability to perform duties under adverse weather conditions (extreme cold / heat, etc.).

* Working knowledge of office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel) required.

* Flexibility to work alternate shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer, to include weekends and holidays.

* Duties will require frequent periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, crouching, crawling, reaching, and balancing. Physically fit to bend, stoop, and lift in awkward positions and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Requires up to 30% travel.

* Adheres to prescribed standards of dress, hygiene, and conduct while representing Amentum.

* Resolves problems promptly with minimal adverse impact on functional operations.
