Mid-sized law firm focusing on administrative law and litigation seeks a Paralegal/ legal assistant able to support several attorneys at a time working in a team environment. Attorneys are largely self-sufficient but require support (and gentle guidance when needed) with general case management, correspondence, client and opposing party communication, as well as pleadings and practice in various County Superior Courts, CA Courts of Appeal, State Personnel Board, Board of Registered Nursing, and with independent arbitrators and hearing officers.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. 2 years of experience required; 5 years of experience desired. Ability to work well in a team is absolutely necessary.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Full time position. Benefits include Medical with $200/month HSA contribution, vision, dental, and 401k.
