Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle via email, phone, online chat, etc.
• Collaborate with team members on all communication to ensure consistency in messaging and approach; adjusting standard procedures as needed.
• Maintain the company's CRM database with all client and deal information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding all services
• Assist senior team members in the deal flow process by validating information and screening applications.
• Collaborate with the external Tech Development team on continuous improvement of both the front and back ends of the client portal.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate with clients on behalf of the company.
• Proven experience in client facing roles. Collection experience is preferred.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience in, or working knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
