Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supports HR Data Management in the Americas region, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security while complying with data protection and privacy measures.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on HR Systems and may develop scripts or programs for system maintenance.
  • Assists with testing, quality assurance, and data audits for proactive data correction.
  • Develops and adheres to procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training materials for HR Systems.
  • Provides hands-on training and support for users on system functionalities.
  • Supports system changes, enhancements, and process improvement projects, gathering business requirements and exploring digitalization concepts.
  • Analyzes IT and Digitalization market trends, scouts for potential business ideas, and evaluates their suitability.
Your Qualifications
Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficient in SAP-based systems: SAP HCM (PA, PT, PY, OM), SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Warehouse, and SAP Fiori Apps, including the underlying data model
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience with HR systems
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with HR information systems (HRIS), preferably including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other similar platforms.
  • Certification in relevant HRIS systems or technologies.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
