Customer Support Team Lead (Singapore, Central, Singapore) **Customer Support Team Lead**

**Role Description**

Homage is seeking a Customer Support Team Lead who enjoys working with the people at the heart of Homage: our Customers and Care Professionals. In the operations team, were focused on building a community of dedicated caregivers, nurses, and doctors who are fully equipped to provide the best quality care to those who need it.

You would report to the Customer Support Manager, support the companys customer service activities by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. This is mostly through email, but also involves some telephone and in-person support too.

Were looking for someone who is:

* excellent with people and able to provide high quality customer service, while coaching others to do the same

* calm under pressure and capable of solving disputes and incidents

* a strong leader with good people management skills and experience

* highly motivated and resourceful in solving problems

* comfortable working with numbers and data, and proactively uses them to report on performance and inform decision-making

* excellent writing skills, and is able to produce high-quality written content

* driven to improve and develop better operation processes/guidelines

**Skills & Experience**

* at least 2 years of relevant experience, with experience working in hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment preferred

* minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of at least 10 agents

* empathetic and good with people

* great at problem solving

* has excellent writing skills, and is able to produce high-quality written content

* able to communicate effectively within the organisation to get the help and answers you need

* comfortable working with numbers and data

* have a passion for social enterprises and causes as well as driven by Homages core mission and motivated by the impact of our services and platform.
