Becoming an Account Manager in Training provides the opportunity to job shadow and learn from our skilled sales team as you develop your own sales techniques and learn more about the beer, wine, and spirits world! The ultimate goal is for you to train and prepare for the next step in your beverage career, which means your own sales route with us!
Eat. Sleep. Sell Spirits. Repeat: Our Account Managers in Training work full-time driving their own vehicles to assigned stores in their local area to get our beverages in the market and ready for the customers. They merchandise product and train on our sales process from Monday-Friday and as needed on the weekends. We choose Account Managers in Training who are persistent, driven, show a passion for sales, and take pride in what they do.
Like a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933. We are a Michigan family-owned beverage distributor and we are passionate about helping others succeed at work and in the community.
