- Bachelor's/University degree.
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience in investigation support or related administrative work.
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills.
- Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management system.
- Assist in the preparation of investigation plans.
- Assist with updates to parties related to investigations, including Complainants, Human Resources, Ethics Office and Legal.
- Gather and analyze data, which may include emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigation.
- Participate in and take notes during investigative interviews with employees.
- Assist with final investigative report writing.
- Work closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work.
- May participate in project work as needed.
