Finance & Operations Specialist
Full-time: 30-35 hours/week

Are you able to analyze data...and identify issues and solutions?
We need your skills to manage bookkeeping and accounting functions of our business, assist with gathering and tracking client information and projects, manage and maintain our operating systems and processes, and regularly analyze and report on finance and operational activities.
We provide outsourced and fractional HR services to employers throughout the area on an as-needed or on-going basis. We are based in South Dakota, but work with clients and their employees in multiple states.
Your responsibilities will include:
Finance-Related Functions: AP/AR. Payroll, Time & Expense Tracking, Benefits Management, Bank Reconciliations, Invoice Preparation, Financial Review and Analysis
Management Reports: Financial Reports, Business Analytics, Sales and Product Analytics, Weekly Scorecard, etc.
Manage/Utilize Software: Manage Data and Software Systems, Provide Support to Consultants as Needed, Monitor Project Progress and Profitability, Provide Operational Support
Manage Client Lifecycle: Set-Up Clients and Projects, Prepare and Review Time and Project Reports, Perform Income/Cost Analysis of Projects and Services, Provide Support to Director of Operations
Administrative: Coordinate and/or Manage Internal Projects, Answer/Forward Phone Calls and Customer Inquiries, Assist with General Office Support when needed
Pay Range $25-$33/hour; day-time hours with some flexibility.
