Overview:
We are seeking an organized individual with good communication skills to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist with various tasks to help our team stay organized and efficient.
Duties:
- Assist area Vice President with daily operations, including phone calls with customers, techs and clients
- Provide personal assistance to VP, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making reservations and coordinating site visits
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Utilize software applications such as Outlook, G-Suite and other internal/customer programs
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project coordination principles is a plus
This is a contract position with competitive pay.
