Seeking an experienced Director of Admissions/Marketing - LTC

**Salary up to $100K per year (based on experience)**

Qualifications:

·Must have admissions and marketing experience in long term care

·Must have connections with local hospitals

·Must have long term care experience

·Must have strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities Include:

·Verification of insurances and Managed Care contracts

·Contact area hospitals, community agencies and groups to promote and maintain good working relationships

·Execute marketing plan for continued census growth and the development of clinical programs

·Ensure proper completion, signing and distribution of Admission packets

·Touring the facility

·Responding to referrals in a timely manner

·Greets family and customer on day of admission

·Ensure room readiness

·Continually develop and maintain referral base

·Maintain and report daily census

·Assist to initiate and maintain contacts with Physicians, Social Workers and Discharge Planners
