About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Sales Enablement Director to join their leadership team. This critical role involves partnering with the Regional President and National Sales Enablement team to support sales enablement activities and lead change management initiatives within the region. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to regional and metro-specific leadership, including branch managers, and will be the primary liaison for various cross-functional support departments. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven and analytical approach, and the ability to influence and build relationships. The candidate should be adept at leading projects, managing change, and working within a matrixed environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and the ability to operate effectively under ambiguity are essential. The position is remote with up to 50% travel throughout the sales territory, and the candidate must reside within the specified region.
