Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company? If so, our client is hiring an Accounting Operations Analyst!

What You'll Do:

• Help assist analyst with account management.
• Responsible for assisting in the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.
• Responsibilities include financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.
• Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts.
• Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
• Assist yaccrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups Manage customer data integrity issues.
• Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives.
• Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Responsible for assisting in the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.
• Responsibilities include all financial tracking and accounting of contractual- Comp Defense - Vendor Requests, Void/Reissue, etc.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments.
• Adhering to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines.
• Ability to manage customer data integrity issues.
• Team player and problem solver skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
