Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a rapidly growing fashion brand who are looking for a Director of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for owning the trade calendar, delivering and forecasting sales growth, utilising data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive category performance and product sell through.

Director of Ecommerce - Responsibilities:

• Deliver a world-class eCommerce experience for the brands community.
• Oversee the management and execution of the website product roadmap informed by data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing and Growth teams.
• Prioritize all web projects, business requests, and bugs while providing clear communication on timelines across teams and stakeholders.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our development agency and lead the prioritization of key web initiatives through weekly sprints and backlog database.
• Develop a first-class, internal website testing process with the Growth and Marketing teams to maximize the output of web traffic and optimize the purchase funnel.
• Analyze site and test data to identify customer pain points and opportunities for refinement, new solutions, and growth.
• Support the Demand Planning and Operations teams by developing the site merchandising strategy backed by inventory data and aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Manage the Site Merchandiser to ensure a superior website shopping experience.
• Work closely with Logistics and Marketing teams to ensure timely product launches or inform marketing calendar updates/solutions.
• Support Customer Service with any flagged site bugs by uncovering the root of the issue and finding the best/quickest solution based on the severity.
• Create a weekly / monthly reporting system to monitor site health and propose new templates to better help Marketing, Growth and Partnership efforts.
