We are inviting you to apply for the role of Zulu Grille General Manager . In this position, you’ll be primarily responsible for operating a busy eatery, located within our indoor waterpark. This high-volume outlet serves 2000 people on a busy day! During the summer season, you will have dual responsibility over Zulu Grille and the outdoor Zanzibar Grille. Whether our guests are lounging poolside or relaxing in a cabana, there's no need to leave the waterpark to refuel. The menu includes premium burgers, pizza, grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and so much more!

You would be responsible for operating a safe, effective, efficient, organized, quality oriented and profitable outlet. You’ll oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety of your outlet.

We require that you have two years' managerial/supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, fast food, or concessions environment. Serve Safe certification is preferred.
