Looking for service technicians/installers to join our growing team. If you’re someone who is willing to be independent, resolve issues with minimal supervision, and adapt to different job requirements and conditions, this position will allow you to be hire #1 in our rapidly growing team where you can also create your own opportunities as time moves on.

What We Do

We are a team of HVAC experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s air conditioning and heating systems.

The Big Task

You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience. This would also include being able to diagnose various systems including mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, etc., and be familiar with low voltage, high voltage, and refrigeration cycle.

Key Sub Tasks

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
• EPA Universal
• NATE or other industry certification is a huge plus

Qualifications

• 2 years HVAC experience
• EPA, NATE, or other industry certification a huge plus
• Clean driving record, and background check
• Professional appearance; customers must feel comfortable with you in their home
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Technicians are issued a service truck or van that must be well-kept and organized, along with a cell phone and fuel card (for company vehicle use only).
• Technicians will be expected to use our mobile dispatch software as well as customer work order management systems and IVR for checking in and out and documenting work performed (House Call Pro).
