Overview:
The Associate Recruiter supports scalable recruiting operations across the Novant Health Talent Acquisition footprint. Focuses on identifying talent engagement opportunities, maintaining established Talent Acquisition Operations programs, and providing superb customer service that enable outstanding screening and selection. Partners and builds excellent working relationships across our Talent Acquisition organization enterprise-wide. Provides a flawless operational experience for all partners including candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and other strategic partners.

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Preferred.
Experience: 2 Year Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Operations, or comparable administrative/project/work experience OR If no Bachelor Degree, then 5 years of recruiting experience, required.
Additional Skills (required): Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work well in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Additional Skills (preferred): Great teammate with a roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude, and highly developed sense of proactivity.
Experience with iCIMS.
