Job: Full-time Associate Recruiter
Recruiters source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for job openings at client company locations and are the go-to people at our branch locations.
Pay Range: $40,000 per yearBase Generous performance-based bonuses 
Operational Hours: Monday-Friday approx. 8:00 am-5:00 pm

A Typical Day Includes: 
  1. Screening and interviewing job applicants 
  2. Working closely with clients on assigned accounts to fill job openings for their staffing needs 
  3. Utilize various job boards to source and recruit candidates, both over the phone and in person 
  4. Coach associates on attendance and performance alongside Human Resources 
  5. Administer background checks, drug tests, skills tests, and other pre-assignment requirements to job candidates 
  6. Maintain compliance by ensuring proper procedures and documentation is captured and handled – I-9, e-verify, background checks, etc.
