About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead and manage the customer success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and retention of customers who use the company's platform. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience, overseeing customer onboarding and training, and serving as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues.
