We are offering an opportunity for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Watsonville, California. This role involves managing property-related tasks and liaising with tenants, ensuring smooth operations in our real estate properties. Responsibilities:• Engage with applicants, conduct intake interviews, and prepare files for review.• Manage phone calls and greet applicants, residents, and vendors in a courteous and pleasant manner.• Support with marketing efforts such as mailing marketing materials and tracking marketing results.• Arrange meetings with prospective tenants and provide tours of the units.• Receive and ensure rental applications are filled out completely and legibly.• Assist in entering pre-applications into the waitlist software system.• Make calls to applicants on waitlist for vacant units and keep track of all responses.• Assist in scheduling certification appointments and collect all relative data to process applicant certification.• Initiate application background screening and approval process.• Receive and complete resident work orders, maintaining the Work Order Logbook.• Prepare and deliver general notices for the Community Manager as needed.• Collect rent payments and security deposits under the supervision of the Community Manager.• Store all relevant documentation into resident files.• Coordinate resident social functions and communications.• Use accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks.
